Self Storage in Ringwood, IL

I would give 10 stars if I could!! So, I was in desperate need of getting a storage space as soon as possible and I checked around before finding Extra Storage Space online with GREAT rates. I’ve had trouble before while finding a storage unit in regard to hidden fees and not very clear communication about the rental process. However, from the moment that I reserved a unit online until speaking with Kathy at their office just a few minutes ago to complete my reservation (and pay for my first month), everything has been exceptionally easy to do. In addition, Kathy was very professional and extremely helpful with me about the questions I had—Such as whether or not I could use my own lock, and their hours of operation (as far as to when they’re open in the office) as well as to when I have access to my unit. I also had a few different things that I needed to clarify as to what I needed to do to finish my reservation and when I could start bringing everything to my unit. Kathy was patient, kind very understanding of my situation. I would absolutely recommend using Extra Storage Space in Ringwood if you need a storage unit. They are great.

We started registering online but the manager called us immediately and within 30 minutes we had ourselves a 10x10 unit for 1/2 of what everyone else was charging. This was all at 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Several other places didn’t even get back to us after filling out the online form. Super friendly and easy access!
